Bold line to indicate sections

Approximately 5px bold red horizontal line used to separate sections of a menu on the left side of the screen. The page title/H1 has the same 5px bold red line but as a left border to highlight the page title.

Good use of a bold red line used throughout site to bring attention to main sections.
